Downtown Experience Awards Dinner

Beginning in March 2014, the PDCDC annually has hosted the Downtown Experience Awards Dinner. The Downtown Experience Awards is the night for corporate, elected, entrepreneurial, and community leaders to celebrate the impact of their collective efforts in the rebirth of Downtown. Hundreds of the region’s top leaders in business, philanthropy, and government will be in attendance. It is one of Pittsburgh’s signature annual events.

We are honored to have the opportunity to express our gratitude to those whose dedication and hard work consistently better our city center and whose impact ripples throughout the region.

The 2015 awards were held on Thursday, March 26. After selling out the event last year, we moved the dinner to a larger venue, The Fairmont Hotel ballroom. This year the recipients included: County Executive Rich Fitzgerald, Public Servant of the Year, Robert Nutting, owner of the Pittsburgh Pirates, our Philanthropic award winner for his work with Pirates Charities and Yves Carreau, Downtown Pioneer.
